Even though the Tennessee Titans had an off day, general manager Mike Borgonzi remained busy adding to the front office.
On Wednesday, the Titans officially announced the hiring of Daryl Nelson as Senior Director, Player Development & Performance Integration, and scouting assistants Kwame Agyei-Minta and Jacob Reeves.
The hirings of Agyei-Minta and Reeves were previously reported, but the addition of Nelson to take control of a department created by assistant general manager Dave Zeigler in 2025 was not.
Nelson has spent a decade in the NFL with the New England Patriots and Las Vegas Raiders, progressing from athletic training into organizational development leadership. In roles as Director of Organizational Development and Director of Team Growth & Development
With these hirings made official, the total number of new front office additions this offseason is six, including area scout Shepley Heard and Director, Pro Scout Shane Normandeau.
The Titans will return to the field on Monday, June 8, to kick off the final week of offseason team activities (OTAs) ahead of their final mandatory minicamp.
