Reliving Seahawks star JSN’s one-handed catch in Week 11 vs. Rams

Seattle Seahawks star wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba put his great hands on display in Week 11 of the 2025 NFL season against the Los Angeles Rams, and produced one of the best plays of the year.

The Seahawkshad the ball on their own 41-yard line with 5:26 to play in the second quarter, trailing the Rams by a score of 14-6. Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold threw a gorgeous pass to Smith-Njigba, who caught the ball with one hand while dashing down the sideline in spectacular fashion.

The catch helped extend the drive for Seattle, which the Seahawks ended up converting a field goal on to make it a 14-9 game. However, the Seahawks wound up losing to the Rams 21-19.

Smith-Njigba added a brilliant one-handed catch to his body of work on the season. He went on to help lead the Seahawks to a victory in the Super Bowl at the end of the season and win the AP Offensive Player of the Year award.
