PSG “made contact” with English team over two players, “discussions taken place” for midfielder and winger
PSG are looking to poach some relegated talent from the Premier League, with two West Ham stars on their shortlist according to recent reports.

A rather surprising transfer story from Footmercato today has linked PSG with interest in two West Ham stars.
Santi Aouna claims that PSG have “made contact” with the relegated Hammers to find out how much they would want for midfielder Mateus Fernandes and winger Crysencio Summerville. Discussions have even been held the with the entourages of the players.
Summerville has been valued at €50m and Fernandes at €80m.
PSG sales could create space for West Ham pair
Right now, there is no need for Summerville in this squad. There are not enough minutes to go around as it is. But if Bradley Barcola and Kang-in Lee both leave (which seems eminently possible), we could feasibly see Summerville come in and Ibrahim Mbaye take more minutes as replacements for the departures.
As for Fernandes, PSG’s midfield is stacked at the moment, but there’s always space for a top player with room to grow, and we could yet see a midfielder leave if the Portugal international joins.
We’d rate the chances of either deal as pretty slim as it stands – but if PSG start selling, keep an eye on these links.

Bradley Barcola seems to be moving towards the exit at the Parc des Princes despite being liked and rated by the manager and the sporting director.
Barcola was the team’s top league scorer last season, but that’s more a quirk of the team’s rotation policy than anything else.
