Former LSU and Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly isn’t apparently done with college football… at least for his attendance on game days in a working capacity.
He’s set to call Mountain West games in the three-man booth for CBS this fall, according to Front Office Sports.
Kelly’s recent college football tenure didn’t go so well with the Tigers, but he’ll now try to rebound in the public’s good graces by calling Mountain West games.
Will he bring his faux-Southern accent to the booth? Time will tell, but we’re sure his commentary will be… interesting? Where’s Gary Danielson when you need him!
We’re sure Kelly will get back to coaching sooner than later, but he’s the Mountain West’s to deal with for now.
When did Kelly get fired?
Last fall after a mediocre run in the 2025 LSU season.
