2026 Fantasy Football rookie RB rankings

We have already hit the quarterbacks for our 2026 fantasy football rookie rankings; now we pivot to the running backs. Quarterbacks did not bring a ton of value to redraft leagues, but quite a few stashes. In the case of the running backs, there is much more meat on the bone. We have our heavy hitter at the top, but how does the rest of the rankings shake out?
Let’s talk about it.
- No. 10: Eli Heidenreich (Steelers) Redraft: Avoid / Dynasty: Stash
- No. 9: Adam Randall (Ravens) Redraft: Stash / Dynasty: Stash
- No. 8: Kaelon Black (49ers) Redraft: Stash / Dynasty: Soft target
- No. 7: Kaytron Allen (Commanders) Redraft: Stash / Dynasty: Soft target
- No. 6: Emmett Johnson (Chiefs) Redraft: Stash / Dynasty: Soft target
- No. 5: Jonah Coleman (Broncos) Redraft: Soft target / Dynasty: Soft target
- No. 4: Jadarian Price (Seahawks) Redraft: Target / Dynasty: Target
- No. 3: Demond Claiborne (Vikings) Redraft: Stash / Dynasty: Target
- No. 2: Nick Singleton (Titans) Redraft: Soft target / Dynasty: Must have
- No. 1: Jeremiyah Love (Cardinals) Redraft: Target / Dynasty: Must have
The fantasy football rankings nearly mirror my pre-draft rankings for the running backs. Love is obviously at the top for both redraft and dynasty, but it all depends on your roster setup and positional needs. Players like Singleton and Claiborne may not contribute right away, but have a clear path toward taking over their backfields. With Price, the reports out of Seattle make it confusing to picture his value right now. Coleman could eat at carries early, but with RJ Harvey and J.K. Dobbins in that room, it’s hard to trust his value this season.
