The parade is expected to begin at 10 a.m. near Battery Park, and go through Lower Manhattan to City Hall.

Knicks ceremony details

Mayor Zohran Mamdani announced Tuesday night that 600 tickets would be released for the Knicks ceremony, taking place right after the ticker-tape parade.

The ceremony will begin at 12 p.m. in City Hall Plaza, where the team is expected to receive keys to the city.

Musical performances and speeches will take place, too.

“From packed watch parties in our parks to joyous celebrations that spilled out onto our streets, this championship belongs to New York City,” Mamdani said in a release.

“We’re making these tickets free and accessible – so working-class people have a chance to be part of this historic moment and celebrate the team that brought a championship home.”
