3 Seahawks rookies with everything to prove at training camp

The Seattle Seahawks2026 NFL draft rookie class will report to training camp on Friday, Jule 17. The veterans will join them one week later at Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton on July 24th. The rookies will receive an extra week to begin acclimating to their first professional training camp.

We’ve identified three Seahawks rookies with everything to prove at Mike Macdonald’s camp.

Jadarian Price, RB

The Seahawks drafted Jadarian Price with designs on having him replace Super Bowl 60 MVP Kenneth Walker III, but the rookie ball-carrier still has to earn it. The offense has George Holani and Emanuel Wilson healthy at the position, and Zach Charbonnet appears ahead of schedule in his recovery from an ACL injury. Price needs to get off to a fast start at training camp.

Bud Clark, S

Bud Clark possesses the versatility and ballhawking mentality Coach Macdonald appreciates at safety. With Julian Love and Nick Emmanwori locked into their roles, Clark is competing with scrappy veteran Ty Okada for reps. A strong showing at camp could tip the advantage in the rookie’s favor.

Beau Stephens, IOL

Starting right guard Anthony Bradford is entering a contract year. Third-year pro Christian Haynes and rookie Beau Stephens will compete for who is the first option off the bench. If Stephens wins the reserve role, he’d immediately become the favorite to replace Bradford in the starting lineup in 2027.
