2027 NFL Draft Summer Scouting Report: D'Antre Robinson, DL, Oregon

In order to build winning rosters in the NFL, the work starts in the trenches. In recent years, we have seen just how important it is to have quality edge rushers, defensive ends, and inside at defensive tackle to stop the run. The 2027 NFL Draft could be stacked at all three spots, but today’s focus is on defensive tackle with Oregon prospect D’Antre Robinson.
- Height: 6’4″
- Weight: 315 lbs
- Recruiting rank: Three-star recruit, no. 36 DL nationally in 2024
- Hometown: Orlando, Florida
- Games watched: Virginia, Clemson, Duke
Strengths:
- Plus run stuffer
- Snaps at 4i all the way down to 1-tech
- Drives feet at all times, often finds his way into the backfield
- Strong hands, land firm on blocker
- Has underrated pass rush move set
- Chops hands of OL well, swims when available
Weaknesses:
- Bit of a back bender, can lose leverage easily
- Has length to take on double teams, struggles to disengage when play rotates to the opposite side of the field
- Like to see his hands up more on passes over the middle
- How will the step up in play factor into his performance in 2026?
D’Antre Robinson flashed tons of upside last season for the North Carolina Tar Heels. He would transfer to Oregon this offseason, and he should see rotational value this year alongside A’Mauri Washington. The focus may be on Washington early, but this gives Robinson ample time to grow and show that he has the capabilities to be dominant in his own right. We just need to see that next step in development.
