UNC Basketball predicted to land two five-star recruits?

The North Carolina Tar Heels will enter the first year of the Michael Malone era with some big expectations.

After they were eliminated in the first round of the NCAA Tournament last season, it’s now up to Malone and the staff to turn this thing around. While they have their first roster mostly put together, the future of the program is also very important in the present.

For the Tar Heels, they have yet to land a recruit in the 2027 or 2028 classes. But they do have their eyes on a bunch of targets that could really change their class.

One recruiting analyst ‘called his shot’ on making a prediction for recruits and where they will land. For North Carolina, it’s great news as On3’s Jamie Shaw predicts the Tar Heels will land CJ Rosser and five-star forward DeMarcus Henry.

That would be huge news for the Tar Heels, landing two five-star recruits. While they would still need to add to the class, landing two five-stars right away would be a huge boost.

There’s still a long way to go in every recruitment, and the next steps will be Fall visits. It will be an important time for Malone and his staff.
