It’s that time of year again!
Contender Series is back with 10 straight weeks of mixed martial arts (MMA) action, streaming at 7 p.m. ET TONIGHT (Tues., Aug. 18, 2026) on Paramount+.
In the main event, Welterweights collide as former MVP MMA 1 breakout star, Namo Fazil (10-1), fights Brazilian bruiser, Kaik Brito (19-6). The co-main event sees Douglas Rodrigues (6-1) take on Trent Miller (9-3). In the “Featured” bout, Lightweight prospects Logan Paxton (10-1) and Mexico’s Cristian Perez (14-2) got to battle. Two Season 9 losers return for a second chance as Mahamed Aly (5-1) collides with Arizona’s Alik Lorenz (7-2). Finally, Featherweight finishers kick off the card as Taner Trembley (7-0) fights Roman Puga (5-1).
