The 2026 Syracuse Football pre-season camp is just around the corner and this year the Orange have nine ACC games this season.
We asked fans this week to tell us how many ACC wins the Orange would have in 2026 and the results were close. Three or four wins got 40% of the votes to barely edge out five or six , which received 38% of the votes.
Those ACC records would have a big impact on the path to bowl eligibility for Fran Brown’s squad. A 3-6 record in the ACC means Syracuse has to sweep their three non-conference games against New Hampshire, UConn and Notre Dame.
It looks like any realistic bowl opportunity would require the Orange to win at least four ACC games while anything above .500 in the conference would open up a chance at a solid December bowl game. If they can get to a 6-3 ACC record, Syracuse could find themselves in the conversation for a top 25 ranking.
