Yesterday’s game featured the same lineup for a second game for the first time since April.

Jordan Montgomery threw live batting practice yesterday.

Josh Smith was one of the batters that stood in for batting practice against Jordan Montgomery and is on pace to start a rehab assignment next week.

The Rangers’ 5 game win streak came to an end last night after Mackenzie Gore walked a lot of batters and couldn’t pitch past the fifth inning.

Gore gave up nine hits total and three walks in the first and exited with two outs in the fifth inning, which put an end to a string of four solid starts.
