Curt took a look at Grant Holmes’ performance as a starter and what it says about Atlanta’s rotation as a whole.

Eli White left Saturday’s game early after a very strange injury. It’s unclear what he actually injured or what the likely return timetable will be.

The Braves lost a tight game due to lackluster offense and some poor defensive play (mostly coming from Jim Jarvis).

Shohei Ohtani’s return to pitching was delayed again, as his knee seemed to flair up a bit during his last bullpen.

The Rangers placed third baseman Josh Jung on the IL with a calf strain.

Twins’ starter and potential trade target Joe Ryan will skip a start, as he is dealing with arm fatigue (at a really bad time for the Twins, this close to the trade deadline.

The Mets placed Juan Soto on the IL with a calf strain, as he is expected to miss over a month of what is a miserable season in Flushing.
