Pair of Spartans heading to Anaheim Ducks development camp this week

A pair of Spartans will be heading to the Anaheim Ducks‘ development camp that begins this week.
Anaheim announced their list of participants for their post-NHL Draft development camp, which included two Spartans. Forwards Eric Nilson and Nikita Klepov received the invitation to participate in the development camp with the Ducks.
According to a press release from the team, the three-day development camp will feature Ducks prospects participating in both on-ice and off-ice physical assessments, team building, leadership development and elite performance habits sessions. The camp begins on Monday and runs through Wednesday.
Klepov was selected by the Ducks with the No. 15 overall pick in the NHL Draft this past weekend, and will be coming to Michigan State as an incoming freshman next season. Nilson will be a sophomore this year and appeared in 35 games for the Spartans this past season, recording three goals and eight assists.
