Valkyries win 4th straight, beating Dream 88-83 with 21 points from Veronica Burton, 19 by Gabby Williams

Kaila Charles hit a crucial 3-pointer with 1:05 remaining in the fourth quarter, helping the Golden Stale Valkyries to an 88-83 win over the Atlanta Dream on Saturday.
Charles also gained possession on two loose balls in the final minute of play. She grabbed a jump ball from Veronica Burton, then grabbed a rebound on a missed Rhyne Howard 3-point attempt. Charles hit two free throws with 6.5 seconds left to clinch the victory.

The win was Golden State’s fourth straight, with three of those victories coming against Atlanta in the past 11 days. The Valkyries have won eight of their last 10 games.
Allisha Gray scored 22 points to lead the Dream, while Angel Reese tallied 17 points, 13 rebounds and 3 steals. Rhyne Howard added 19 points, hitting one of two 3-pointers in the final 14 seconds of regulation.
