The UFC event at the White House is facing potential weather concerns as Washington D.C. could see some severe rain on Sunday night.

The event is set to feature seven fights on the card all outside in Washington D.C., but that is if the weather cooperates. However, the nation’s capital is in the direction of a potentially severe thunderstorm on the east coast, which could impact how the UFC approaches this special event.

The UFC has been adamant about trying to get this event in, building a ring that is supposed to protect the fighters and fans from rain. Thunderstorms, though, are a different level of severe weather that are hard to ignore.

Here’s the latest on the UFC rain updates.
