The Georgia Bulldogs Baseball team will open its College World Series journey Saturday against the Texas Longhorns. The SEC matchup in Omaha will feature a pitchers duel between UGA’s Joey Volchko (10-2, 4.07 ERA) and UT’s Dylan Volantis (10-1, 2.03 ERA).

The Bulldogs are playing in their seventh CWS in school history and first since reaching the Finals in 2008. This time around might be special after Georgia has won 19 of its past 20 games. They’re one win shy of being tied with the 1990 national championship team that finished 52-19.

First pitch in Omaha will be at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.
