WNBA star and Indiana Fever enforcer Sophie Cunningham continues to take advantage of her popularity, and on Saturday night, that meant a surprise appearance at the highly anticipated UFC 329 event, which featured the return of Conor McGregor.
Cunningham was spotted in the crowd earlier in the show, but prior to the co-main event between fan favorite Paddy Pimblett and Benoit Saint Denis, she took on an unexpected responsibility.
After fighter introductions, Cunningham was strutting around the Octagon as a guest ring card girl for the fight.

Cunningham was wearing a sleek, all-black fit that she pulled up to T-Mobile Arena in rather than the traditional UFC ring girl outfit.

Cunningham and the Fever have the night off ahead of their game on Sunday night against the Las Vegas Aces at Michelob ULTRA Arena. Tip-off is set for 9:00 p.m. ET, so there was some extra free time before suiting up in approximately 24 hours.
The Fever have won three of their four outings, with the lone loss coming on Wednesday, July 8, against the Los Angeles Sparks, and now they’ll be looking to make it two wins in a row on Sunday night.
