See Lamine Yamal's toddler brother get hyped over Spain World Cup goal

Spain’s biggest fan in the 2026 World Cup is Lamine Yamal’s little brother.
Keyne is the soccer sensation’s toddler brother and he was in the stands when La Roja beat Austria 3-0 in the round of 32 match on Thursday, July 2 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
When Mikel Oyarzabal scored Spain’s third and final goal in the 89th minute of the match, Keyne went wild. He threw his little fists in the air and let out a yell. Cameras caught the adorable reaction and it went viral.

Yamal, who started in the match but did not score a goal, spoke to reporters in the mixed zone about having Keyne, who is his maternal half brother, and other members of his family in the stands cheering him on.
“It moves me to see my brother happy, to see my mother living the life she always dreamed of, and to see my friends happy,” he said in Spanish. “Ultimately, that is what I want. It is the greatest dream a child could have. Beyond football and everything, that means the world to me.”
Yamal, who has already made history with FC Barcelona and by winning the 2024 European Championship with Spain, is playing in his first World Cup. He made his debut in Spain’s first Group H match against Cape Verde and scored his first World Cup goal in the next fixture against Saudi Arabia. He continued by saying as the spotlight of fame gets brighter, his family keeps him grounded.
“Playing soccer and spending a lot of time with my family — who, after all, are the only ones who still see me for who I really am — and coming to every match is something to be enjoyed,” he said. “Because, in the end, a career is very short, and I’ll never again be at a World Cup at 18 (years of age).”
This isn’t the first time Keyne has captured hearts. He’s been seen with the rising soccer icon on a walk while driving a mini Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon and another time kicking around a ball with him. The toddler also walked the red carpet at the 2024 Ballon d’Or ceremony and was in Berlin cheering on his big brother’s European Championship victory.
Spain will play the winner of Portugal vs. Croatia in the round of 16.
