Ryan Fitzpatrick has taken off his shirt at Buffalo Bills games enough times that it was time to raise the degree of difficulty.
So he jumped through a table.
The former Bills quarterback delivered another memorable performance for the home crowd Thursday night during Buffalo’s game against the Detroit Lions at the new Highmark Stadium.
Between the third and fourth quarters, the Bills introduced Fitzpatrick from a platform in the corner of the field.
Fitzpatrick climbed on top, stood above a table positioned below and launched himself off the platform, delivering an elbow drop that sent him crashing through the table.
Because merely going through it wasn’t enough, Fitzpatrick picked up the mangled table, hoisted it over his head and let out a roar as the crowd cheered.

Amazon Prime showed the stunt during its broadcast and joked that Fitzpatrick was ready to go for the postgame show.
He should be warmed up.
Fitzpatrick is an analyst on Amazon’s “Thursday Night Football” crew and has developed a tradition of memorable appearances at Bills games since his playing career ended.
He went shirtless among fans in six-degree weather during Buffalo’s playoff rout of the New England Patriots in January 2022. He removed his shirt again on Amazon’s postgame set in 2023 and returned as the Bills’ Legend of the Game before a January 2025 playoff game against Baltimore, when he ripped off his jersey and led the crowd in a pregame chant.
Then, after Buffalo defeated Miami on Thursday Night Football in September 2025, Josh Allen helped unbutton Fitzpatrick’s shirt on Amazon’s postgame set before Fitzpatrick ripped it open.
A year later, Fitzpatrick kept his clothes on. So far.
The table wasn’t as fortunate.
