Potential Germany boss Jürgen Klopp wants to keep, work with Rudi Völler

By now, just about everyone is expecting the DFB to close a deal with former Liverpool FC boss Jürgen Klopp. The cat has been out of the bag on that move for days.
However, things were uncertain — at best — on whether Rudi Völler would keep his role within the organization. In what might be his first power move, Klopp reportedly wants Völler to stay, so the duo can work together per Sport Bild’s Christian Falk (as captured by @iMiaSanMia):
Jürgen Klopp called Rudi Völler and assured him that he would like to keep him at the DFB and continue working with him. The DFB bosses had also made it clear to Völler beforehand that they wanted a continuation of their cooperation. Völler is under contract until after EURO 2028. He had asked for time to think about his future after the World Cup exit, but is now likely to stay.
While there is a thought that the DFB should tear it all completely down and start over, there is value in keeping some of the existing structure.
One thing is clear, though, Klopp needs to be the one making these calls if this is all going to work. The DFB needs to buy fully into Klopp’s vision for this project.
