While we just wrapped up the 2026 NFL Draft two months ago, is it ever too early to start looking ahead to next Spring? Besides, it’s an annual tradition for fans of the Cleveland Browns to look forward to, especially after back-to-back middling seasons (and with the 2026 season looking rough on the onset).
If you’re like me, your eyes are always on the future.
And there is a tantalizing prospect just down I-71 South from Cleveland at Ohio State in wide receiver Jeremiah Smith. He has been the best receiver in college football since he stepped on the field as a true freshman, and he is now finally draft-eligible. Deemed as a generational prospect and drawing comparisons to future Pro Football Hall of Famer, Julio Jones, Smith will be viewed as the top player in the entire draft class by many.
