List of current NFL team owners heading into the 2026 season

The NFL remains one of the more exclusive clubs for those with the ability to purchase a sports team. They do not let just anyone into their circle, and those who are grandfathered in take team ownership personally. However, teams still change hands from time to time, as we saw this past weekend.
The San Francisco 49ers’ limited partner, Vinod Khosla, is set to purchase the Seattle Seahawks. As part of the deal, he will, of course, relinquish his stake with the 49ers, but who are some of the other owners around the league? We wanted to take a look.
*Note: The sale of the Seahawks to Khosla is not yet approved by the league, so Jody Allen is still the owner of the franchise at the time of publication.
