Former Chiefs QB announces contract extension in second career

A reveal of great news for former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Chase Daniel should have fans seeing a lot more of him this coming football season. The retired veteran field general is signing a multi-year extension that includes on-screen opportunities on ESPN and the SEC Network.
According to a recent post on social media, Daniel announced he will be joining ‘SEC Nation ’ while also appearing on Thursday Night Primetime College Football and NFL Studio Coverage.
“To everyone who’s watched the YouTube breakdowns, listened to the podcasts, watched on TV, or supported this next chapter after my playing career…thank you. None of this happens without you,” wrote Daniel. “I can’t wait to hit the road with SEC Nation, call national ESPN games on Thursday nights, break down the NFL, and bring you guys even more football all season long.”
“There’s even more news coming soon…”
