We are down to the final two teams in chase for a Massachusetts Little League baseball state championship.
We began the weekend with four teams in the bracket. Now, on Sunday, Aug. 2 Section two winner, Bridgewater will take on Section 3 winner Parkway (West Roxbury/Roslindale) in the championship game of the state tournament at the Holden CRA complex at 459 Main St.
The victor advances to represent team Massachusetts in the Little League New England Regional.
It’s a rematch of the teams’ first meeting two days ago where Parkway beat Bridgewater 8-2. Bridgewater looks to avenge it’s loss on Friday while Parkway attempts to make it a clean sweep.
First pitch is set for 11 a.m. in Holden. Stay right here for live updates before and during game action between Bridgewater and Parkway.
