The Dodgers take on the Nationals with a slightly earlier start than last night. With right-hander Cade Cavalli on the mound for Washington, left-hander Dalton Rushing was set to get the start at designated hitter this time around, with Shohei Ohtani out a third straight game for the first time since joining the Dodgers.
But Rushing was scratched with elbow soreness, as was third baseman Max Muncy with illness from the original lineup. Alex Call and Kiké Hernández get starts now, with Teoscar Hernández moving to DH.
