Best pictures from Boston as Scotland slip to defeat

One week after Scotland made their triumphant return to the World Cup, it was time to face 2022 semi-finalists Morocco.

With just 70 seconds, though, many were fearing a hammering after Ismael Saibari’s powerful drive lodged in the top corner of Angus Gunn’s net.

In the end, a 1-0 defeat is perhaps not the worst outcome. But before attention turns to Carlo Ancelotti’s Brazil on Wednesday, lets take a look at the story of the Morocco game through some of the best pictures from the night.
