Paris Saint-Germain are keen to add at least one attacker to their ranks this summer and, as reported by Foot Mercato earlier this month, have set their sights on West Ham United’s Crysencio Summerville (24). However, they may now have to contend with significant competition for the Dutchman’s future, the publication now adds.

West Ham are set to sell many of their key players this summer, following relegation from the Premier League. Mateus Fernandes is one of those touted to depart, and, like Summerville, he is attracting interest from PSG… as well as from the Premier League.

The Dutchman could remain in the Premier League, Foot Mercato reports, with the likes of Arsenal, Aston Villa, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur all interested. PSG remain in the race, but other suitors have fallen by the wayside.

At the start of the summer, West Ham had set a €50m price tag, but his performance in the Netherlands’ FIFA World Cup opener has seen his value increase. As a result, AC Milan and AS Roma have dropped out of the race to sign Summerville.
