Roma, ahead of the next transfer window, are looking to provide Gasperini with a right-footed left winger capable of beating opponents.

The player, who has been highly sought after this summer, could be about 90 km away from the capital, in Frosinone.

The Giallorossi have their eye on Giorgi Kvernadze.

The Georgian winger has been a target of Gasperini and sporting director Tony D’Amico for months.

The 2003-born player has started the season impressively, attracting the attention of several clubs (Premier League and Bundesliga scouts have been present at Stirpe in recent weeks): 5 goals and 2 assists in just 6 games.

In the coming months, Roma will seek to fulfill Gasperini’s long-held desire to acquire a dominant winger, after seeing several deals fall through, such as those for Summerville and Leweling.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the first name circled in red is Giorgi Kvernadze.

Frosinone won’t let the 2003-born player leave for less than €25 million. The Georgian has even surpassed Chelsea’s Gittens in the pecking order, and the door for him will remain ajar for the coming months.
