Aaron Rodgers turns in workmanlike effort in Week 1 win over Atlanta

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers completed 24 of 40 passes for 225 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions in a Week 1 win over the Atlanta Falcons.
Rodgers, who has not been able to complete big passing plays in recent seasons, had only one pass play for more than 20 yards against Atlanta, but he didn’t throw an interception and was sacked just twice. He played a mistake-free game, but because of his inability to get the ball downfield, Rodgers is pretty much an injury replacement or bye week fill-in at this point.
