The Phoenix Mercury just swung a trade for five-time all-star Kelsey Plum in a desperate effort to make up a six-game deficit in the playoff race with 14 games left to play.
Whether or not they end the season where they want to, Plum most definitely gives the team an upgrade at point guard, adding another bonafide scorer and playmaker to a starting lineup that already boasts three other current or former all-stars.
That includes fellow 2026 all-star Kahleah Copper, and Alyssa Thomas, who has finished top-five in MVP voting each of the last four seasons. Here’s how the rest of Phoenix’s new lineup looks.
