How many receiving yards will Jets WR Garrett Wilson have in 2026?

The New York Jetspassing offense will look significantly different in 2026. Geno Smith is the new starting quarterback after the Jets reunited with him earlier this offseason. Duo first-round picks Omar Cooper Jr. and Kenyon Sadiq will help revamp the pass-catching corps.

New offensive coordinator Frank Reich has a lot to sort through. Despite all the turnover at quarterback, coordinator, and wide receiver/tight end, Jets mainstay Garrett Wilson is still the team’s No. 1 wideout. Just how many receiving yards can Wilson have in 2026?

An injury limited Wilson to seven appearances and a career-low 395 receiving yards in 2025. It ended his three-year streak of registering 1,000 yards every single season since he entered the league. A healthy Wilson should get back to being a 1,000-yard weapon in 2026.

Perhaps a career-high 1,200 yards is within the realm of possibility for Wilson. Smith is a gunslinging quarterback and the Jets’ offense should be more effective than it’s been in years. Wilson has never registered more than 1,104 yards in a single campaign.

Wilson possesses the momentum needed to have an excellent bounce back season. The Jets are better at quarterback, they’ve added more supporting weapons, and the offensive line appears stout. Wilson could be a 1,200-yard receiver in 2026.
