Former West Ham defender Kurt Zouma set to sign for Dubai’s Palm City

Former West Ham United player Kurt Zouma (31) is reportedly on the verge of signing for the UAE club Palm City, according to Foot Mercato.
Having joined Al-Wasl SC from CFR Cluj last February, the defender has not played a single minute for the club. With his contract due to expire in the coming days, Zouma is already preparing to move on, though he will continue to play in Dubai.
By joining Palm City, where he is expected to sign a one-season contract, the former French international (11 caps, one goal) will therefore be playing for the nineth club of his career, which he has largely spent in England, where, in addition to those of the Hammers, Zouma has worn the colours of Chelsea, Stoke City and Everton.
Trained at AS Saint-Étienne, the Lyon-born player has, in addition to France, England and Romania, also played in Saudi Arabia, for Al-Orobah.
