Caleb Williams of the Chicago Bears has shown that he doesn’t love the Green Bay Packers. To be successful in Chicago, especially with the Bears, players have to hate the Packers. This is arguably the biggest rivalry in the NFL, and that doesn’t look like it’s going to change anytime soon.
The Bears have their franchise quarterback in Williams, and the Packers seemingly have a young quarterback in Jordan Love as well, who will be the face of their franchise for a very long time.
However, that doesn’t mean Williams doesn’t respect some of the players the Packers have had, both now and in the past. One of them is Aaron Rodgers, who he even put on his Mount Rushmore of quarterbacks.
“Tom. I’m gonna go Aaron. Peyton. And I’m gonna go Joe Montana,” Williams said.
I don’t think many Bears fans will love hearing that Williams has Rodgers on his Mount Rushmore of quarterbacks, but it shouldn’t offend them too much either. I think if anybody knows about how good Rodgers was, it was Bears fans.
All he did was torture them throughout his time as the Packers quarterback.
