The USA Cycling Pro Road National Championships are back in West Virginia this week, with riders across multiple disciplines and age levels set to race for glory.
The event features individual time trials, criteriums and road races, which will play out around Charleston for the second consecutive year.
The headliner in the men’s field should be Quinn Simmons, the reigning road race champion who showed off his stars-and-stripes jersey with a stage win last week at the Tour Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes (formerly the Dauphine).
Kristen Faulkner has won the last two women’s road races and finished second in the time trial each year as well. The rider to watch in the criterium is Kendall Ryan, who won for the fourth time last year and has finished on the podium at the last six championships.
